Our pizzas are baked in our proud wood-fired oven. Baked quickly at temperatures exceeding 400 degrees Celsius, the pizzas retain their moisture, resulting in a fluffy interior and a crispy crust—delicious pizzas.

Chef Daisuke Arai
He entered the culinary world at the age of 21 and later traveled to Italy alone. After returning to Japan, he pursued the depths of authentic Italian cuisine under the guidance of an Italian chef at a renowned restaurant in Tokyo. In 1998, after working as a chef at an Italian restaurant in Yokohama for 10 years, he became the chef at Ristorante Attimo in 2007.
